I'm still at Small Giant after 10 years because of all the amazing and talented colleagues I get to work with and learn from, who also make the office a fun and enjoyable place to be.
I wanted to work for Small Giant because I wanted to be part of a creative environment where being an individual is encouraged and appreciated. I feel I have been warmly welcomed into a big (very talented) family instead of simply being another number on a list.
I will always remember being asked to share my thoughts on how women are represented in E&P really soon after starting at SGG. It felt super welcoming to have that chance to have my voice heard. It gave a great impression of the company culture overall.
